Community Partnership Programs
Partnering with Communities to Expand Access to Relational, Nature-Based Healing
Common Thread Collective partners with organizations serving traditionally underserved communities to provide accessible, trauma-informed, nature and equine-based programming that supports connection, resilience, and belonging.
We believe meaningful healing and growth should be available to everyone—especially youth and families who may not otherwise have access to nature-based or relational programming. Through collaboration with community partners, we bring structured, experiential programs to foster youth, underserved communities, and organizations working to create safer, more connected environments for those they serve.
8-Week Community Partnership Program
Our primary offering is an 8-week structured program designed to support youth and community members through a progression of relational and nature-based learning.
